1. Agreement
By creating an BeatCheck account or using the BeatCheck platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service
BeatCheck provides tools to prepare, organise, and validate music releases for digital distribution. We are not a distributor — we do not submit releases to DSPs on your behalf.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to use BeatCheck.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the music, metadata, and files you upload. By uploading content you grant BeatCheck a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use BeatCheck to infringe third-party intellectual property rights, distribute malicious files, or violate any applicable law.
6. Billing & Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
BeatCheck is provided “as is”. We are not liable for DSP rejections, distribution delays, or losses arising from your use of compliance check results. Compliance checks are advisory — always verify DSP requirements directly.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
