Purpose
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) governs the processing of personal data by BeatCheck on behalf of users who act as data controllers (for example, music labels or management companies using BeatCheck to process artist data).

Scope
This DPA applies where you use BeatCheck to process personal data of third parties (e.g. featured artists, producers, session musicians) and are therefore a data controller under UK GDPR, with BeatCheck acting as a data processor.
Sub-processors
BeatCheck engages the following sub-processors. We will notify you at least 14 days before adding any new sub-processor.
- Appwrite, Inc. — cloud infrastructure (EU region)
- Vercel, Inc. — hosting
- Resend, Inc. — transactional email
- Paddle.com Market Ltd. — payment processing
- PostHog, Inc. — analytics (EU region)
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — error monitoring
- Anthropic, PBC — AI compliance checks
Data Subject Rights
BeatCheck will assist you in responding to data subject requests within 5 business days of receiving a forwarded request.
